First, thank you for being a loyal Menucha customer - through all the uncertainty of 2020. Nothing was regular about 2020. And now, even your packages seem to have other plans.
Now, here's the thing. We want you to know that while we'd love to speed things up, and while this issue isn't our fault, it certainly is our problem. Up until today, Menucha took great pride in ensuring speedy deliveries of every book order - no matter the size.
Although we did everything on our end to ship your order in a timely manner, unfortunately, we have been experiencing significant delays with USPS shipments. This is due to the unprecedented challenges experienced by the US Postal Service given the COVID-19 pandemic and a historic record of mail and package volume this holiday season.
To begin with, we now offer UPS Surepost as a shipping option. (While it may be a bit less economical for us, it will ensure you don't end up frustrated and package-less.) If your package took way longer than expected, and you no longer have the need for it, simply return it to us by writing "Refused-Return to Sender" on the USPS package, and we will refund you as soon as we get the package back and reprocessed.
We know we can't fix things perfectly, but we do want to give you a discount next time you shop with us, as a token for your understanding.
