In America, a young girl grew up attending public school, debating with her friends, and participating in frum youth groups. Far across the ocean, a courageous woman named Sarah Schenirer had started teaching Jewish girls Torah. Could a girl from America really travel to Poland to learn from her? How would she manage so far from her home and family, from everything that was familiar?

Chava Weinberg became one of Sarah Schenirer’s closest students. After three years in Sarah Schenirer’s seminary in Kraków, she devoted her life to teaching Jewish girls.
But she didn’t only teach children. She taught seminary girls and adults. And in her sixties, she and her husband traveled once again, this time to Chile, where they spent five years educating people who were far from Torah.

This is Rebbetzin Pincus’s story. It’s the story of a woman who never forgot that she was a student of Sarah Schenirer, and who went on to inspire countless others.
